Does the discount change throughout the year?

We do run special offers throughout the year, these will be communicated to your company as and when we run them – look out for emails, posters or sometimes (if you’re lucky) some of our Trade Team will come in and tell you all about these offers on Benefit Days.

Do I get a discount if I bring a group of 10 or more?

Our offers are better than our Standard Group Rates. But, if you’re bringing a large number of guests (100+) on a day out to some of our attractions we can offer a bigger discount for you…just give us a call or contact your Trade Account Manager for more information.

We’re not sure about how many people may be coming?

In this case you can make a provisional booking on 0871 222 4001. Just be sure to confirm final numbers and pay for your booking at least 24 hours before your visit.

Can tickets be exchanged or refunded?

Sorry but once tickets have been purchased we are unable to exchange or refund them.

What do I need to show at the ticket collection point

You’ll need your booking reference number and the card used to make the payment.

Do all tickets have to be collected at the same time on the day?

If you have booked within 5-days of your visit or have opted to collect your tickets at the attraction ticket office, yes, to keep things nice and easy, you’ll need to collect all tickets in one go from the ticket collection point.

When do we get our tickets?

You can collect your tickets on the day from the attraction box office. We’ll send you an email confirmation and you can collect your tickets from the ticket collection point.

How can I pay?

You can pay by debit or credit card when you confirm your booking.

What is the maximum/minimum number of people I can book?

However many you like – the more the merrier. There’s no minimum or maximum and you can also buy tickets for your family and friends.

How far in advance do I need to book?

You must book at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for discounted entry. Your discounts are not available on the day at the attraction, even if you have your company code and ID.

How much do calls cost?

Calls to 0871 numbers are charged at 13 pence per minute at all times from a BT landline. Calls from mobile operators and other networks may vary.

When is your booking line open?

We’re ready and waiting to book your visit almost every day of the year from 9am to 5pm (sorry it’s not later, but we do need our beauty sleep!). Oh, and the number is 0871 222 4001.

Where do I get my company code from?

Contact your HR department or benefits team and they should be able to tell you. You must have the code to benefit from all the great discounts.
